Psalm 5

Give ear to my words O Lord, consider my meditation. Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King and my God, For unto thee will I pray, my voice shalt Thou hear in the morning. O Lord in the morning will I direct my prayer unto Thee and will look up.

I was able to type this Psalm from memory because I learned it as a song. I pray that the Lord will raise up song writers who set scripture to music. We were exhorted on Sunday to meditate on scripture. Songs often get stuck in my head, Wouldn't it be great if the words to the song were God's words?!!
